I sought the assistance of Homecite Mortgage Corporation when a lender I was using failed to complete the delivery of funds within two weeks of the closing date. Sean and Homecite seemed to "move mountains" to get the paperwork completed and to have my funds ready in less than the two weeks! I would give them a 10+ rating if I could. Communication was exceptional. We worked together out of normal business hours to get the paperwork completed. Sean made himself available for any questions. He was on stand-by for me for questions as I completed the loan paperwork. I highly recommend Homecite Mortgage Corporation for all of the above reasons and more.

Sean at Homcite has done a great job for me over the last 30 years. He's done all my mortgages. Sean's great at simplifying complex topics and is always transparent regarding fees. I'd recommend Sean to anyone considering a new mortgage or refinance.

Sean McMenamin and Homecite are outstanding. Sean is so knowledgeable about the real estate and loan business that is a huge bonus for anyone doing business with Homecite. Sean has supported me with three or four loan packages and each time, the process was efficient and easy for me. From the beginning of the process, he kept me updated at every stage of my real estate loans. He would provide me with updates on the real estate process, review my real estate documents for anything I may have missed and keep me on track through the entire process. He made the entire process smooth and timely. What really is a bonus is his attention to detail and his genuine care to make sure your experience is efficient both the process, fees and loan processing. He was there every step of the process to ensure that I understood every step and was confident with my decisions. My last transaction was purchasing a home while on a three week vacation from offer to close. It is rare to find someone so knowledgeable and dedicated and easy to work with. I highly recommend Sean McMenamin and Homecite to everyone! He truly made the process effortless and even enjoyable!

I have done business (personal home refinance) with Homecite for more than 20 years. I find them conscientious, through and easy to work with. Homecite has always contacted me when refinance rates were advantageous for me to look into refinancing my home. My current mortgage rate is great but if things change Homecite will get my business.

We have tried to refi twice and due to what turns out to be a clerical error, it has failed twice. But other companies failed to put any effort into getting it done. Thank you Sean !

Where to start. Simply a stellar company. I've known and worked with Sean and the team at Homecite for over 13 years on several properties and loan types, to include first mortgages, refi's and HELOCs. Sean's customer service has always been outstanding. He really gets to know you as a customer, and works hard to not only personalize the experience, but also minimize the administrative burden on his customers. Net result for me is the easiest lending experience I've ever encountered. Sean and the team is one of the best in the business.
